I believe in taking a holistic approach to reestablish harmony of the body, mind, and spirit focusing on detoxing physical, emotional, and chemical stressors. I believe in the body's innate intelligence to heal itself when we remove the interferences, regenerate the cell membrane, restore cellular energy, reduce inflammation, and reestablish methylation.
